Sensoria Dolomites
At the foot of the Alpe di Siusi and surrounded by unspoiled nature, the Sensoria Dolomites has been welcoming guests since June 2022. The 4-star superior hotel is a place of power with heart and soul, characterized by genuine South Tyrolean cordiality.
For hosts Lea Oberhofer and Simon Leitner, the hotel was a project close to their hearts. After years of traveling in Paris, Milan, Vienna, Singapore and Edinburgh, the couple transformed their (in-law's) parents' Ritterhof into a visionary feel-good place. The building ensemble consists mainly of local wood, with light-flooded courtyards in between that bring spectacular panoramas into the house.
The 45 rooms are furnished in a minimalist, elegant style and equipped with every comfort such as king-size box-spring beds, rain showers in the bathroom and cozy corners. The two luxurious suites, each 125 m² in size, with private spa area, Finnish sauna, large terrace deck and views of the Sciliar redefine the concept of free space.
Wellness and well-being have many facets at Sensoria Dolomites. The modern bathhouse made of mountain spruce, the natural materials of the forest sauna and spa or the relaxation room with a view of untouched forest solitude create a soothing closeness to nature. Relaxing treatments combined with delicate, soothing fragrances create cocoon moments in which guests feel light and at the same time well protected.
Culinary guests can look forward to an all-day inclusive arrangement. This begins with a morning stroll through the gourmet market, where the buffet area is located, and continues with an afternoon snack. In the evening, delicacies from South Tyrol and Italy are served with selected South Tyrolean wines. The most diverse cultures merge in the cooking pots. Flavors from north, south, west and east. A journey through Tyrolean cuisine to the Mediterranean diversity of Italy and France. In the Genuss-Atelier, you can also dine in private and train your senses during tastings.
