Executive chef Stefan Beer and his team only use what grows and thrives within a 50-kilometer radius. The entire kitchen team maintains a close and personal relationship with the hunters, fishermen, cheesemakers, farmers and regional producers who supply exquisite ingredients for the dishes. All kinds of herbs, as well as berries and nuts, come from the Victoria garden and are transformed into culinary delights. Oasis of indulgence
In the 5,500 square meter Spa Nescens, all the stresses of everyday life fall away. The elegant interior is reminiscent of a 1940s boudoir, contrasted by the picturesque mountain scenery, which can be admired from both the outdoor saltwater whirlpool and the new outdoor pool "The Pool Garden". The 20-meter indoor pool, the steam baths, the sauna area, the relaxation rooms, the gym and the massage rooms with beauty treatments ensure relaxation. The sauna area includes a mixed Finnish sauna and a mixed steam bath, while all other facilities are accessible separately for women and men.
Fine Dining Restaurant
In the new Radius by Stefan Beer, Executive Chef Stefan Beer and his team seamlessly continue the success story of the former fine dining restaurant La Terrasse and bring to the plate what grows and thrives within a radius of 50 km. The "menu vo hie" includes ingredients such as wood sorrel from Uetendorf, prawns from Burgdorf, mirabelle plums from the hotel garden and home-made vinegars from hand-picked producers. he name is royal, the Victoria Bar itself is award-winning: with 94 Falstaff points, it is one of the leading hotel bars in Switzerland. The evening ends here with a delicious cocktail.
Bienehuus
Guests aged between 3 and 12 can let off steam in the "Bienehuus" in the Victoria Garden with a wide range of activities. Spread over 2 floors, spacious, bright playrooms with an extensive library, a music room with all kinds of instruments, a studio and a multimedia lab await the curious and creative minds of tomorrow.
