Four restaurants, the Canvas Bar & Lounge and changing pop-up concepts make the Dolder Grand a very special gourmet hotspot. The Restaurant has been awarded two Michelin stars and 19 Gault Millau points for its cuisine, the Saltz restaurant has 15 Gault Millau points and the Japanese omakase restaurant MIKURIYA has 17 Gault Millau points. The new garden restaurant blooms, awarded 16 Gault Millau points, offers many delicacies that come directly from the hotel's own garden. The blooms restaurant also sources high-quality products from local producers.
