Nestled in the historic Schadaupark and located directly on the shores of Lake Thun, the 4-star superior Hotel Seepark is a wonderland of pleasure, relaxation and inspiration.
The Congress Hotel Seepark was built in 1989 in the immediate vicinity of the late-medieval old town with its historic elevated terraces. Surrounded by the play of light on the water and sunny Alpine peaks, the hotel has been celebrating warm hospitality for over 30 years.
Owned by Artisa Micro Living AG since mid-December 2021 and operated by the Berlin-based HR Group since mid-April 2022. The hotel will continue to operate under its own established brand.
The 85 rooms, four junior suites and two panorama suites at the Hotel Seepark are characterized by a harmonious combination of subtle colors, clear lines, elegant interiors and natural materials, while the bathrooms - equipped with the "Alpine Herbs by Seepark" care line - shine in shades of white and brown. Facing the magnificent park or the Stockhorn, the rooms become individual relaxation retreats after a busy day. The highlight is the two panorama suites on the top floor: here you will not only find two private roof terraces with panoramic views, but also an office area with a desk and library.
The path to your success is paved in the conference center, which is spread over three floors and a total of 17 light-flooded, state-of-the-art rooms. The range is almost unlimited - from small group rooms for ten people to the majestic "Genève" plenary room for up to 370 people, the Congress Hotel Seepark leaves nothing to be desired. And a varied supporting program is also provided: cultural events in the Seepark, the "inBalance" spa with whirlpool, sauna area and fitness room, a bike tour, an excursion by canoe or kayak on the lake or the bowling alley offer the perfect combination of relaxation and team building.
The restaurant at Hotel Seepark provides culinary refreshment after a busy day: here you will be spoiled in an elegant ambience with creative delicacies made from regional ingredients and exquisite wines - Gault&Millau awarded 18 points for this elegant mix and the Michelin Guide awarded a Michelin star in February 2020. Anja Bühler - F&B Manager - and her team are increasingly focusing on regionality. The hotel can look forward to a special award: the trade magazine WINE SPECTATOR once again presented the Award of Excellence.
