Master cuisine from the garden
914 meters above sea level, guests enjoy gastronomy of the highest standards. You can taste the 13 Gault&Millau points: various fresh herbs are picked in the hotel's own garden and it is home to three bee colonies. Other products are sourced from the region and processed into sophisticated dishes. The daily changing lunch menus should definitely be enjoyed on the sun terrace, which enhances every bite with a view. The gourmet cuisine also delights in the evening with a contemporary selection and courteous service - one of the excellent wines rounds off the evening perfectly. Philipp Keller took over the reins in the kitchen in September 2021.
A private floor
Elegantly and comfortably furnished, the view from all rooms is magnificent, but the rooms with a lake view are recommended due to the sunrise. As a highlight, binoculars, a blanket and a faux fur coat await you so that you can enjoy the view from the balcony even when it's cold outside. If you would like to invite family including 2nd degree relatives or good clients, you can even rent a private floor: 5 rooms, lounge with private dining room and the hotel's experienced staff are available on 340 square meters.

The spa area and the 34-degree water of the outdoor pool will delight every hotel guest. The infinity pool is joined by other highlights: the Alpine herbal massage, which influences all levels of being, various other treatments as well as the sauna, steam bath and fitness room invite you to linger.
