The 4-star superior hotel was founded by the Kalbermatter family in 2008 and is one of the newest and most modern luxury hotels in the Zermatt area. The owner couple were inspired by their idea of a perfect hotel stay and the result is an exclusive oasis of well-being where you feel as independent as you would at home. The personal freedom of the guest is the top priority of the cozy luxury suite hotel, which offers everything you would expect from a perfect relaxing vacation.
The interior of the 16 suites at Hotel Firefly is characterized by a mix of tradition and modernity - local woods and stones meet glass, metal and technical sophistication. The Skylight Loft - the largest suite in Zermatt with 250 m2 of living space - is the highlight of the hotel and leaves nothing to be desired. Selected designer furniture, private access and breathtaking views of the Matterhorn - for families and friends who want something really special: An opulent living area with ultra-modern luxury kitchen, long table, sofa area, large open fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the sunny south-facing balcony beckon. There is also a whirlpool, sauna and private gallery. As a special highlight, you can choose breakfast à la carte the evening before and have it served to your room at the time of your choice. This means you can stay in bed undisturbed for as long as you like and don't have to keep to breakfast times. In the evening, you can also keep to yourself as you wish and prepare dinner in your own well-equipped kitchen, which is available in every suite.
