Discover, experience, relax is the motto at the Cresta Palace Celerina. The 4-star superior hotel is located in the heart of Celerina, nestled in the Engadine mountains. Built in 1906 as a Grand Hotel in the Art Nouveau style, the traditional hotel still welcomes its guests today in imposing rooms and yet breaks new ground.

In 2022, 40 rooms and suites were extensively renovated and lovingly redesigned in the Art Nouveau style - a tribute to the aesthetics of times gone by. Just in time for the 2025 summer season, a further 20 rooms shone in new splendor, as did the Grand Restaurant with its impressive chandeliers and breathtaking mountain views of Trais Fluors.

The Grand Hotel has been a popular destination for generations. The unspoiled nature, countless almost deserted hiking and biking trails and picturesque golf courses make the Cresta Palace Celerina a place of longing in the mountain summer. In winter, the hotel impresses with its perfect ski-in & ski-out location directly at the Marguns valley station, which connects Celerina with the world-famous Corviglia/St. Moritz ski area.

Culinary highlights

Guests experience a culinary journey at the Cresta Palace. In the Grand Restaurant, they can enjoy a rich breakfast buffet in style every day and a 5-course menu in the evening. The trend of "sharing" table culture is celebrated in ASIA 75, where guests can choose from a wide variety of Asian specialties. In winter, hotel guests and locals can enjoy raclette, cheese fondue and Grisons specialties in the rustic Chäs Beizli. From the 2025/26 winter season, guests can look forward to Levantine flavors in "Ya Mama by Moses Ceylan". The place to be at any time of day: the Jugendstilhalle!

In an increasingly fast-paced world, many impulses accompany our hectic everyday lives. This makes it all the more important to find time for yourself and achieve inner balance. The 1,200 m2 VITA PURA SPA is a place of peace and relaxation or stimulating vitality. Whether panoramic pool, saunas and steam baths, yoga and fitness as well as massages tailored to personal wishes and innovative cosmetic treatments - there is a lot to discover.

Families

FAMIGLIA is Rhaeto-Romanic for FAMILY and is also written in capital letters at the Cresta Palace. The Engadin is the perfect place for family vacations and the Cresta is the perfect starting point for lots of great activities, shared activities and plenty of variety. The in-house Cresta  Kids Club is colorful, loving and varied.  

Opening of the first Levante restaurant in the Engadin

"Ya Mama by Moses Ceylan", the first Levante restaurant in the Engadine, is opening in December, implementing a new culinary concept. Top chef Moses Ceylan, formerly awarded two Michelin stars and 18 Gault Millau points, returns after his time as an independent consultant and combines the oriental flavors of his Aramaic roots with alpine products. Inspired by traditional family recipes, "Ya Mama" establishes modern and casual Levante cuisine with a personal signature. The former "Giacomo's" was renovated for this purpose, the existing kitchen brigade was introduced to the new direction and will continue to run the restaurant under head chef Rolf Schmitz. Moses Ceylan will also be at the stove throughout December, several days a week.

Villa Klainguti - the signature residence of the Cresta Palace Celerina

The Cresta Palace Celerina is also expanding its offer with a new, special address: the Villa Klainguti in Pontresina. The listed Art Nouveau villa was extensively renovated between 2019 and 2023 and is now available for bookings as the exclusive Signature Residence of the Cresta Palace - a retreat that combines history, style and privacy.

With five bedrooms, its own spa area, cinema room and large park, Villa Klainguti offers the ideal setting for private vacations, stylish celebrations, intimate weddings or exclusive business retreats in a private setting - with all the amenities of the Cresta Palace on site if desired.
