This is because when the luxury hotel was completely renovated in 2007, the 110 rooms at the time were converted into 60 exclusive suites ranging from 35 m² to 386 m² - this small number of rooms allows you to immerse yourself in an extremely private and tranquil atmosphere. As soon as you arrive in front of the magnificent entrance lobby of the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz, your perfect stay begins and you no longer need to worry about anything. Your car will be unloaded and parked by the charming staff in no time at all. You and your luggage will then be taken to your booked suite, where your personal butler will be waiting to fulfill your every wish around the clock - this service is of course included.
The Grand Restaurant, where Executive Chef Salvatore Frequente presents a slightly different concept, will open for the 2023 winter season. In line with the holistic Moving Mountains philosophy of the Tschuggen Collection, the focus is on plant-based food. The focus is on original products from sustainable producers in the region and local superfoods. Frequente personally roams through nature and is inspired by nature's treasures on long walks.
The in-house restaurant Da Vittorio has established itself as one of the hippest gourmet temples in St. Moritz: Paolo Rota, brother-in-law of the brothers Enrico and Roberto Cerea, has been serving Italian haute cuisine here for 10 years - awarded two Michelin stars and 18 points by Gault&Millau. Insider tip: The Carlton Hotel has one of the most beautiful terraces in St. Moritz - here you can enjoy the sun and the fantastic view of the mountains over lunch or an aperitif.
