Culinary
Head chef Christian Kern cooks in line with Stemp's philosophy. - His dishes are a feast for the eyes and taste just like them: extremely delicious. However, despite this impressive appearance, his creations always remain down-to-earth. If you enjoy your meal consciously, you may be able to taste the flirt between Bavarian cuisine and the chef's creative accents. He freely celebrates Bavarian food culture in his kitchen. While the ingredients come from the immediate vicinity, he also likes to cross regional borders with his creations. Already spoiled in the morning, every palate is offered individual moments of pleasure from morning to night.
Wellness area
Feeling good on the 7,400 m² of the wellness oasis is not a program, but rather a need that you inevitably want to indulge in. The four-star superior hotel Das Stemp in the Bavarian Forest has also opened the "Oasee", a 2,000 square meter textile-free wellness area. At the heart of the new oasis is the "Stemp Lake", a 60-metre-long, heated natural pool surrounded by greenery. The ensemble is complemented by a granite whirlpool, which is 15 meters long and purist in aesthetics, combining warmth and grounding.
