Head Chef Christian Kern cooks in full accordance with the Stemp philosophy. His dishes are a feast for the eyes—and they taste just as good: absolutely delicious. Despite their visual appeal, however, his creations always retain their down-to-earth character. Savor each bite mindfully, and you may taste the interplay between Bavarian cuisine and the chef’s creative touches. He freely celebrates Bavarian culinary culture in his kitchen. While the ingredients come from the immediate vicinity, he also enjoys pushing beyond regional boundaries with his creations. The ensemble is complemented by a granite whirlpool, which, at 15 meters in length and with its purist aesthetic, is designed to combine warmth and grounding.
