Nature Resort & Spa Schindelbruch

The ensemble of historic and modern parts of the building has 95 elegant rooms and suites, 26 of which are housed in the new country residence. Warm colors such as beige, brown and grey dominate the understated ambience, natural materials such as wood and natural stone and works of art and photographs on the walls complete the feel-good rooms. The collaboration with the MEISSEN State Porcelain Manufactory also proves to be an eye-catcher. The elaborately staged art and interior collection runs through the hotel like a noble red thread.

The heart of the Schindelbruch is the 2,500 square meter spa with two swimming pools, sauna village and fitness center. A large selection of treatments completes the wellness experience. Anyone who has ever wondered what a meadow, stream or forest tastes like will find the answer at the Schindelbruch. Chef Eric Jadischke invites you on a culinary journey through the Harz Mountains in the gourmet restaurant Silberstreif and serves game in all its varieties, refined with local herbs and flowers and accompanied by fine wines, as well as his favorite creation - an ice cream made from sour cream with frozen goat's cheese and sea salt. And the Naturresort & Spa Schindelbruch also offers many other good things in the two other restaurants and the Federgeist bar under the motto "Enjoy the good": This is because the kitchen team has set itself the goal of always providing culinary surprises and creatively showcasing the carefully selected products, many of which come from regional producers, time and time again.
