The Eisvogel Wellness & Pleasure Hotel
The EISVOGEL is located directly on the River Abens and surrounded by an 8,000 m² garden. The 4-star wellness and pleasure hotel in Bad Gögging combines traditional values, modern architecture and upscale facilities and presents itself as a harmonious oasis of peace.
The hotel is named after an animal that lives exclusively in an intact natural environment. For the Zettl-Feldmann host family, this was the incentive to create a small, intact world on the edge of the Danube wetlands. The kingfisher also served as the inspiration for the new rooms and the unusual interior concept: it picks up on its colorful, shimmering plumage and reflects it in many details. Lots of wood and soft fabrics round off the feel-good experience.
As a self-proclaimed lazy hotel, the EISVOGEL attaches great importance to slowing down. The six pillars of the EISVOGEL concept serve as the basis: health, enjoyment, balance, power, goodness and coziness. A bathhouse with indoor pool and various saunas as well as 15 treatment cabins and two spa suites are available on 1,600 m². A wide range of massages and treatments with hops, peat and sulphur complete the program.
Martin Feldmann has been running the family farm for more than 25 years, and top quality is his hobbyhorse. So it's no wonder that the EISVOGEL places great value on regional and seasonal produce, which he also likes to grow himself. The award-winning EISVOGEL kitchen serves almost everything from home-style to fine Bavarian cuisine. The delicacies are enjoyed in the cozy dining rooms, and in summer also on the terrace directly by the pond.
