The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin
As you make your bed, so you lie in it. This is especially true in the Ritz-Carlton hotels, which are known for their unique beds. But exercise is also fun here.
A good start
So early in the morning, when you cross the lobby still a little sleepy and in your sports outfit, the concierge hands you the hotel's own jogging map. The marked path leads over 9.7 km through Berlin's green lung, the Tiergarten, which begins directly behind the hotel. Is there a better way to start the day? The POTS restaurant serves modern German cuisine at the highest level - innovatively interpreted and inspired by regional products. The culinary experience is complemented by the Secret Champagne Garden, a stylishly hidden high garden with a magnificent view over the Tiergarten. Whether as an exclusive sundowner spot after work or as a special location for social gatherings - this place inspires with its urban flair and relaxed elegance. The Tea Lounge has a traditional feel, where specially trained tea sommeliers celebrate the fine art of afternoon tea.
Comfortable
Speaking of traditional: Ritz-Carlton fans love the hotel chain's beds, which are the same all over the world. If you want, you can order the super-comfortable mattresses and toppers from the online store. The duck down topper in particular is a bestseller. But the rooms and suites also boast every other comfort. The deluxe rooms were renovated in 2017. The look is modern and straightforward and there is plenty of space available: The "smallest" room measures 40 square meters. Those who prefer not to leave the Ritz-Carlton at all are in good hands in the hotel's apartment. It was designed for long-stay guests and offers 285 square meters of space for six people.
