Parkhotel Adler
Enjoy a carefree vacation in the countryside at our renovated, family-run boutique resort hotel.
Trendy Ambiance
The new designer wellness lobby with an integrated bar exceeds all expectations: ultra-chic and truly cozy… The same applies to the new rooms and suites, the completely renovated children’s play area, the newly created “Bergkristall” room in the Adler Stuben restaurant, and the “Pavillon Diva,” which has been converted from a coffeehouse into an extravagant conference and event venue. The 1,800-square-meter spa with a view of the countryside delights with fresh colors and new interior elements.
Cuisine with that certain something
Despite the modernization, Katja Newman, the hotel manager and 16th-generation member of the family, has brought a touch of nostalgia to the hotel: One element of the gourmet board now included in the price is the original afternoon tea accompanied by live piano music. In keeping with the English tradition of “afternoon tea,” guests are treated to sweet and savory delicacies in the stylish hotel lobby. The dishes created for the new culinary concept—including the lunch buffet and the individual courses of the evening menu—delight the palate with regional and international dishes, strongly influenced by French and Asian cuisine. Meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, and dairy products are sourced—whenever possible—from regional businesses committed to sustainability. Supporting Slow Food® Deutschland e. V. is also part of the hotel’s philosophy. For over ten years now, Bernhard König, the executive chef with experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, has been at the helm of the kitchen. His expertise as a certified spice sommelier is always incorporated into the creation of the dishes.
