The guesthouses within the park have been developed gradually over generations, and today the styles of past decades—from Art Nouveau and Bauhaus to historic half-timbered houses—are reflected in the 116-year-old, most traditional founding facility of the Felke Natural Healing Method, which began with the healing pastor Emanuel Felke (1856–1926).

Since 1982, the face of this philosophy has been Dr. Axel Bolland, a general practitioner with the highest level of specialisation in naturopathy. He leads the Felke Med practice at Bollants Spa im Park. Together with his practice team, the wellness therapists and nutrition coaches, he guides guests through Felke therapeutic fasting or the Alkaline Balance Week. A bespoke fasting plan is crafted for each guest, and may be further tailored with professional coaching and treatments designed to rejuvenate body and mind. Clay therapies, which Felke regarded as a wellspring of renewed vitality, are essential to the programme; highlights include the outdoor clay bath and the Felke healing clay steam bath.
