Since the beginning of 2022, they’ve placed even greater emphasis on origin and quality, as the hotel has been a Bioland partner with a bronze certification ever since. As a result, nearly 60 percent of the ingredients used by Chef Kristian Knölke in his dishes are now sourced from regional, certified-organic farms. With this step, HUBERTUS—which has always relied on local products—further underscores its sustainable culinary philosophy of Holistic Food.
