Honored with 2 Michelin stars and 17 points from Gault&Millau, dining at Restaurant LePavillon is elevated to an experience for all the senses. On Tuesdays, Martin Herrmann also opens the doors to his Michelin-starred kitchen and invites guests to a kitchen party: While guests are invited to explore the chef’s world, delicious dishes from pot and pan beckon to be discovered and savored. In the Fireplace Room and the Farmhouse Parlor, down-to-earth enjoyment meets charming coziness: surrounded by wood paneling, the finest tableware, and a rustic atmosphere, guests are treated to sumptuous delicacies of home-style cuisine. From May to October, the hotel sets the table for its guests at an altitude of 1,000 meters.
