The cuisine at the Dollenberg Schwarzwald Resort is characterized by a fine blend of tradition and vision, the market-fresh ingredients are refined in the hands of Martin Herrmann and his team to create an incomparable firework of flavours. This is rounded off by the exquisite wines of sommelier Christophe Meyer. With 2 stars from Michelin and 17 points from Gault&Millau, dining at Restaurant LePavillon is an experience for all the senses. On Tuesdays, Martin Herrmann also opens the doors to his Michelin-starred kitchen and invites guests to a kitchen party: while they wander through the chef's world, delicious dishes from the pot and pan invite them to discover and taste. In the Kaminstube and the Bauernstube, down-to-earth enjoyment meets charming coziness: surrounded by wood panelling, the finest crockery and a rustic atmosphere, guests are spoiled with delicious delicacies from home-style cooking. From May to October, the hotel sets the table for its guests at 1,000 meters above sea level. With a three-course menu and exquisite wines, you will be full and happy high above the valleys and in the open air.
