This is complemented by the exquisite wines selected by sommelier Christophe Meyer. Honored with two Michelin stars and 17 points from Gault&Millau, dining at Restaurant LePavillon is elevated to an experience for all the senses. On Tuesdays, Martin Herrmann also opens the doors to his Michelin-starred kitchen and hosts a “Kitchen Party”: While guests are invited to explore the chef’s world, delicious dishes straight from the pot and pan invite them to discover and savor the flavors. In the Kaminstube and Bauernstube, unpretentious pleasure meets charming intimacy: surrounded by wood paneling, exquisite tableware, and a rustic ambience, guests are treated to sumptuous interpretations of classic home-style cuisine. From May to October, the hotel sets an open-air table for its guests at an altitude of 1,000 meters. A three-course menu and exquisite wines ensure departures are marked by contentment, high above the valleys and beneath the open sky.
