CERÊS AM MEER
Harmony at the highest level. The façade and interior of the CERÈS AM MEER redefine spa architecture on the Baltic Sea. An eye-catcher in a class of its own, which now sails under the flag of the A-ROSA Collection.
One highlight after another
And it is clear, cool and minimalist - and at the same time very elegant: black, white, light gray and a dark anthracite set the tone in the house without ever appearing gloomy. On the contrary, there is something calming and meditative about the choice of colors - which can be admired, for example, in the lounge-like library with a view of the courtyard garden. The heart of the hotel is the living hall on the first floor, where the reception and bar merge into one another and the restaurant and fireplace lounge invite guests to linger. In the stylish restaurant, guests can enjoy exquisite dishes, including many regional delicacies. In spring 2024, the gastronomic concept will be enriched by the culinary experience of Thomas Martin, who, as head chef, spent many years cooking up two stars for the Jacobs Restaurant at the Hotel Louis C. Jacob in Hamburg for many years.
Aiming high
If you leave the hotel after dinner to stretch your legs on the Binz pier, you will probably notice the brightly lit dome on the roof of the Cerês. Below it is the hotel's most beautiful suite: 60 m² in size, winner of several design and hotel awards, and with a panoramic view across to the chalk cliffs and up into the Baltic Sea sky. The 37 rooms with a high proportion of spacious suites at the A-ROSA Collection Hotel Ceres am Meer are elegantly furnished and have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies.
A dip in the warm seawater of the hotel pool is also an experience. It forms the center of the luxurious Senso Spa, which is dedicated entirely to hydrotherapy and aromatherapy.
The wonderful scent of the sea is also in your nose if you decide to take a trip on the hotel's own Cerês yacht.
