W Debut

The brand's first house will make its debut in Portugal in spring 2022

A combination of relaxed beach life and an exciting lifestyle: that is the vision of the new W Escape. It will be the brand's first Portuguese property in spring 2022. Stylish and bright design will characterize the resort near Albufeira.


Simply WOW

It is just 50 kilometers from Faro International Airport to the new W Algarve. It awaits guests with 134 rooms and suites as well as 83 residences. Many of them have direct sea views and spacious balconies. The interior design is dominated by the colors of the Atlantic and asymmetrical shapes reminiscent of the ocean and the cliffs. The design of the tiles, on the other hand, is a nod to the Moorish heritage of the region. W fans love the rain showers, spacious bathtubs and fluffy rooms. Of course, you don't have to do without these amenities at the W Algarve.

The ten WOW suites are particularly exciting. They are divided into a living area with state-of-the-art entertainment electronics and have their own roof terrace. Some of the WOW suites have a private pool. Fantastic views included. The Extreme WOW Suite is even more spacious. Its interior was inspired by the Benagil cave. The private roof terrace is fully landscaped and offers fantastic views, a DJ booth, dining and bar area and a spacious infinity pool. In the residences, guests can choose from apartments with one to four bedrooms.


Enjoyment and relaxation

In terms of gastronomy, the choice for guests is extensive. From the pool bar with its cocktails and healthy dishes to the Market Kitchen, the elegant Paper Moon Restaurant with award-winning Italian cuisine, the W Lounge with Portuguese coffee and international cocktail classics and the Sea Sky on the roof terrace, each F&B outlet is a little world of its own. Guests can experience particularly sparkling moments on the AIR Champagne Sunset Terrace.

The fitness studio is the right place for those who feel the irrepressible desire to work out after so much feasting. High-intensity workouts and boot camps, the latest Technogym equipment and an Olympic power rack are also available. And those who prefer to take it easy will find their personal comfort zone in the AWAY Spa. Six treatment rooms, hairdressing salon, manicure and pedicure as well as sauna, steam bath and Jacuzzi invite you to relax.
