- at least for VIPs: in future, "guests with special services" will be welcomed in the brand new VIP terminal. All VIP services can now also be booked online.

at the highest level, the VIP Terminal at Vienna Airport welcomes its VIP guests in new splendor. In terms of design, the elegant "Golden Heritage" style with a mix of elements, colors and textures of Viennese Art Nouveau, exclusive interiors and comfortable lounge furniture awaits guests as soon as they arrive in the foyer of the newly designed VIP terminal. What can you feel here? In addition to relaxation, the flair of the classic Viennese elegance of days gone by. The works of Austrian painter Christoph Palaschke provide a successful contrast with modern art, while renowned Austrian interior designer Josef Göbel is responsible for the interior design. VIP guests can look forward to 100 m² more space than before the extension.

The "Lanner" VIP lounge is brand new and, together with the three new general lounges, now offers a total of around 550 m² of space for all those who value exclusivity, privacy and time efficiency and therefore book the VIP services of Vienna Airport. Incidentally, the new "Lanner" lounge is named after the Austrian composer Joseph Lanner.

green velvet furniture and an inviting wall of books. The six VIP lounges are designed as exclusive retreats for discerning passengers who are looking for privacy and elegance - and who may also be hungry. Of course, guests in the lounges are also spoiled with culinary delights. With the new "Open Lounge" areas, Vienna Airport has been able to increase the capacity of the VIP terminal and at the same time create an inviting space for discerning travelers.
The exclusive services
can now also be purchased online via the VIP terminal's new booking platform, vip.viennaairport.com. All VIP services can be booked quickly and easily by entering the flight details and the desired number of people. In general, guests can choose between three different packages that include different services.bThere is now also a "Fast Business Service" especially for business customers and companies. This allows companies to book several check-in procedures as a package, which can then be called up individually by employees for business trips. The "Fast Business Services" packages include all VIP services: personal assistance with passport and security formalities, individual transfers to and from the aircraft and a stay in the new general lounges.
What's special:
Regardless of booking class and airline, VIP services can be booked by all travelers who want to experience a special stay at the airport before or after their flight. The VIP terminal staff will take care of all the formalities from check-in, passport and customs control to the personal transfer to the aircraft. This is also done in style - for example in one of four new, electric Mercedes EQV vans with space for up to six people. Travel like a state guest - the exclusive VIP service more than lives up to this promise.
