The Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Madrid: Reside like Rey Alfonso once did
Royal luxury
An icon in a new guise: The former The Westin Palace, Madrid now presents itself as The Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Madrid following a comprehensive transformation. Commissioned by King Alfonso XIII in 1912, the hotel is located in one of the most historic districts of the Spanish capital and is part of the "Paisaje de la Luz" area, which was recently declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The complete renovation encompasses the entire building - from the 470 rooms and suites to all public areas and the façade, which has been restored to its original color and features remarkable ornamental details. Nomen est omen is the name of the game at the hotel's fine-dining restaurant La Cúpula, which is located under a magnificent glass dome and serves international gourmet cuisine. Our tip: When making a reservation, be sure to ask for a hideaway with a view of the monumental Neptune Fountain!
