The special relaxation experience begins as soon as you arrive at the former country estate, built in 1888 and lovingly renovated down to the last detail in 2013, with just 43 rooms and suites. The hotel offers two exquisite restaurants - Olivera and Sa Clastra. Olivera is the heart of the hotel with its large terrace and views of the pool and surrounding countryside. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served here, as well as snacks in between meals - in summer, the terrace bar is the ideal place for refreshments. Under the creative direction of head chef Pep Forteza, the successful recipe of the hotel's "culinary heart" - local and Mediterranean dishes with the best ingredients from the region - has been reinterpreted and expanded to include a vegetarian selection. The restaurant was also redesigned for the opening of the season.
At Sa Clastra, the fine-dining restaurant under the aegis of Jordi Cantó, guests can enjoy exquisite gourmet cuisine at the highest level. The Mallorcan-born chef, who took over the management of the restaurant in 2021, combines traditional Mallorcan dishes and ingredients with modern interpretations to create unforgettable moments of taste. In summer, guests sit in the Castell's courtyard and enjoy these delicacies under the starry Mallorcan sky. It doesn't get any better than this.
