With The Florentin, a new jewel in the German luxury hotel industry is currently being created in Frankfurt's Sachsenhausen district. After complete renovation, the former "Villa Kennedy" will shine in new splendor as part of the Althoff COLLECTION from autumn 2025. The result will be a charismatic retreat in the heart of the vibrant Main metropolis. Inspired by a keen sense for the beautiful, the special and the indulgent, the new member of The Leading Hotels of the World combines art, lifestyle and hospitality to create a unique "urban retreat". The name The Florentin refers to the lush, blooming heart of the hotel - the extraordinary inner courtyard - and symbolizes growth, vitality and constant renewal.

The Florentin offers 147 accommodations that combine tranquility, style and elegance - including 98 spacious deluxe rooms and 49 exquisite suites. The nine individually designed Signature Suites in the historic villa are characterized by themed interiors and lovingly selected details. Precious materials such as oak wood and fine fabrics, floor-to-ceiling windows with plenty of natural light and separate living and sleeping areas create an ambience of special lightness.

Culinary delights on offer at The Florentin are as varied as they are high-quality: In The Garden restaurant, which is open all day, elegant interiors meet the lively greenery of the inner courtyard - the ideal setting for breakfast, lunch or dinner in a relaxed urban garden ambience. The gastronomic experience is complemented by the Destination Restaurant under the direction of chef Niclas Nußbaumer. He is regarded as one of the most talented young chefs in Germany and will enrich Frankfurt's culinary landscape in the long term. In the elegant bar and cigar lounge, selected cocktails, wines and cigars ensure enjoyable evenings in a stylish atmosphere.

A central element of the "Urban Retreat" experience is The Spa: a place where the hustle and bustle of everyday life recedes into the distance and the pure lightness of being takes hold. A luxurious oasis of relaxation awaits guests here, where every detail is designed to provide moments of complete well-being. Five stylishly designed treatment rooms invite you to enjoy individually tailored treatments. The spacious indoor pool and a modern sauna area create an atmosphere of deep relaxation and regeneration. The offer is complemented by a modern fitness studio and a light-flooded relaxation room with a view of the idyllic garden.

The hotel's booking channels are now officially open and interested parties can reserve stays from November 1, 2025.
