Kerzner opens two SIRO houses in Los Cabos and Riyadh

Barely two months after the opening of the first SIRO hotel, SIRO One Za'abeel in Dubai, Kerzner International has announced two further hotels. The SIRO Boka Place in Montenegro, which is due to open this winter, will be followed by hotels in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Los Cabos, Mexico, in 2027 and 2028.

The SIRO Palmilla, which is planned for 2027, is being developed by Fortem Capital. Located in Los Cabos on the southern tip of Mexico's Baja California peninsula, it has 120 rooms and a number of SIRO residences, including 14 detached villas. The resort is part of the new "Palmilla Reserve" master plan, not far from the renowned One&Only Palmilla, which is also operated by Kerzner. The complex offers views of the Palmilla Golf Club golf course, the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding hills.

The SIRO Olaya Riyadh in the prestigious Olaya business and residential district is due to welcome its first guests in 2028. It offers quick access to the diplomatic quarter, government offices, business centers and first-class stores. The property is being developed by 80 Real Estate Company and has 200 rooms as well as extensive fitness and recreation facilities. The hotel is a 30-minute drive from King Khalid International Airport and marks Kerzner's entry into the Saudi Arabian market.
