Spanish flair for Indonesia's capital

The Orient Jakarta, A Royal Hideaway Hotel

Located in Jakarta's bustling commercial center along Sudirman Street, between restaurants and elegant boutiques, Barceló Hotel Group opened its first property in Indonesia in August 2022. The Orient Jakarta, A Royal Hideaway Hotel offers its guests an elegant, modern and culturally connected five-star retreat that is part of the Leading Hotels of the World association. The 153 rooms, which are spread over twelve floors, all boast panoramic views over the city. The multi-award-winning architect Bill Bensley was responsible for the design. Known for his penchant for "maximalism" and his talent for combining sustainable concepts with luxury, he created a mixture of tradition and avant-garde at The Orient Jakarta.

The gastronomic offer
includes the Caspar restaurant, which specializes in Spanish cuisine with a show-cooking concept and includes a speakeasy-style whisky bar. Asian dishes are offered in a snack bar. On the roof of the hotel, a coffee bar, a beach club, a pool bar with an infinity pool and a Jacuzzi invite you to relax with a view.
