After extensive renovation, the 100-year-old family business, located directly on the lakeshore, will reopen its doors in June 2024;

Located on Lake Wolfgangsee, the Seevilla with direct access to the lake is the perfect place for an enjoyable vacation by the water. Host Franziska Gastberger has been running the family business for ten years and has transformed it into an exclusive boutique hotel with a family atmosphere with lots of love and constant innovation.

In May 2024, the Seevilla will reopen - now as a year-round establishment and with exciting new features: From June, panorama rooms and suites with saunas and terraces await on the upper floors, individually designed like each of the 29 feel-good rooms.
There will also be a rooftop fitness & yoga area, a massage room with a view of the lake and a renovated relaxation room with a fireplace, rounding off the wellness facilities with a heated outdoor infinity pool and a sauna area with direct access to the lake.

Culinary delights are provided by the Ledererhaus gourmet restaurant with show kitchen, wine house and newly roofed terrace with fantastic lake views. The location in the middle of the Salzkammergut with cultural towns such as Bad Ischl and Hallstatt, countless hiking and cycling routes in summer and cross-country ski trails, winter hiking trails and ski areas in winter invites you to make active and cultural discoveries.
