The
barefoot retreat Santo Mine Oia Suites
launches with an inviting outdoor living concept that connects guests with the island's natural environment. It is located in the cliffs of Oia on the site of an old stone mine directly above Ammoudi Bay, overlooking the Aegean Sea and the sunset. The architecture and design are inspired by the rugged landscape, soothing earth tones, Mediterranean aesthetics and Cycladic minimalism.

The
37 individual suites
have a private pool or jacuzzi and direct views of the Aegean Sea. They are designed to incorporate the colors, air and light of Santorini with warm and creamy tones and natural raw materials such as stone, ceramic, wood, marble and copper. The elevated restaurant overlooks the main pool and the sea. At the all-day bar, they can enjoy a menu of local specialties during the day and sunset cocktails made with fresh produce from the resort's herb garden, accompanied by soothing lounge music created especially for Santo Mine. Wine lovers can get to know the indigenous grape varieties of Santorini's volcanic terroir in the hotel's own wine cellar.

In the fitness room, guests can work out in the open air against the backdrop of the sea and then relax in the outdoor pool, sauna, hammam and three treatment rooms.


The Villas by Santo Collection
the second new addition this year, is located in the western, secluded part of the village of Oia. The four-bedroom Icon Pool Villa and Lush Pool Villa are ideal for couples, friends or families as they can be connected to create a luxury villa of more than 1,000 square meters for up to 16 guests. Each of the spacious villas has a garden of up to 384 square meters perched on a cliff overlooking the vast Aegean Sea, the neighboring Greek islands and the magical Santorini sunsets. The indoor-outdoor lifestyle concept includes separate indoor and outdoor kitchens, outdoor barbecue areas and fire pits. In addition, each villa has a private outdoor area with pool, spacious outdoor seating areas and indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis. A fitness room and exclusive private saunas complete the facilities of both villas.

Guests can pre-book services and experiences including private in-villa dinners, spa treatments and select adventures in Santorini.
