Sani Sets the Course for 2027

Exciting news from Sani Beach and Porto Sani for 2027.

On the Greek Kassandra Peninsula, the first phase of a three-year renovation at Sani Beach will commence in 2027. Concurrently, Porto Sani will expand to encompass 119 new suites, a family pool, and a poolside restaurant. The initiative will debut at Cape Sani, where select rooms and suites at Sani Beach will be thoughtfully modernized in 2027 while preserving the resort’s established character. The design draws inspiration from the surroundings—natural wood, woven textures, neutral tones, and abundant natural light. The bathrooms will be redesigned, and guests will enjoy high-quality bedding and mattresses as well as skincare products by Anne Semonin. Depending on the category, accommodations include private balconies, terraces, or gardens.

The initial phase encompasses Garden and Sea View Junior Suites, Panorama Junior Suites, and One- and Two-Bedroom Family Suites, including categories situated directly on the beach. Larger suites offer separate living areas as well as multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Subsequent phases will follow after 2027. In close proximity lie the Rafa Nadal Tennis Center, the Chelsea FC Football Academy, and Bousoulas Beach, whose shallow waters are also suitable for children.

By the start of the 2027 season, 119 new suites will be completed at Porto Sani, accompanied by a lagoon-style family pool and a new poolside restaurant. Natural wood, neutral tones, and floor-to-ceiling windows define the interiors, while private gardens and balconies extend the living space outdoors. Interconnecting suites are available for larger families, and select categories can accommodate up to six guests. The pool is nestled within a landscaped garden and surrounded by the new suites; the Marina View Suites overlook the waterfront promenade, and the boutiques and restaurants of Sani Marina are located in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants such as Elia and Lima, as well as the kids’ club and daycare center, will remain.

“In everything we develop at Sani, families and spending time together are at the center,” says Alex Schneider, Chief Operating Officer of the Sani/Ikos Group.

There are also changes to the rates: At Sani Asterias, two guests pay, while additional guests sharing the same accommodation stay for free. At Porto Sani, this applies to the third and fourth guests aged 12 and older in the Three-Bedroom Suites; children under 12 also stay for free. At Sani Dunes, families traveling with a teenager or a third adult will pay a reduced rate for the additional person in six select suite categories. The respective occupancy limits and conditions apply. Additionally, through November 1, 2026, selected stays in the 2027 Sani Suite Collection are eligible for up to a 15 percent discount off the best available rate.
