in the middle of the Parisian hustle and bustle. Sounds oh là là to your ears? Then the new La Fantaisie from the privately managed Leitmotiv Group is just the right boutique hotel for your next stay on the Seine. At least as exciting as the location in the trendy Faubourg-Montmartre district is the interior, for which Martin Brudnizki, one of the great hospitality designers (Soho House Miami, Baurs / Zurich, Eden Rock / St. Barths), is responsible.
His eclectic style -
we'll just say flower-power wallpaper and sky-blue chaise longues - also characterizes the sensational spa with holistic holidermie treatments. Dining takes place under the glass roofs of a greenhouse. For zero-waste creations à la banana pancakes with smoked caviar or sea bass with leche de tigre, Dominique Crenn is the only three-star chef in the USA.
