PORSCHE meets Steigenberger

A noble partnership

Massive know-how symbiosis of hospitality and design:
The CEOs of Porsche Design and Steigenberger "drive" their new joint brand into the market. Trend-setting! Guests should experience hospitality made by Steigenberger "with all their senses", says Deutsche Hospitality CEO Marcus Bernhardt.

The passionate host - 40 years of top hotel industry experience, cosmopolitan Swiss, curious, creative and cosmopolitan - is currently reinventing the hotel industry: just recently in Andermatt at this year's World Tourism Forum Lucerne (WTFL) as a kind of sustainability ambassador,
he has now also given his company the right of way in terms of luxury and design. Together with the heads of Porsche Design, Dr. Jan Becker and Roland Heiler, he presented a first-class hotel concept to the world tourism industry: Zeitgeist, design and service excellence are the conceptual
The Steigenberger Porsche Design Hotels are the high-flyers: 15 hotels are being planned in world cities such as Dubai, Shanghai, London and Singapore.

What can hedonistic guests expect (millennials and digital natives are explicitly mentioned as one of the desired target groups)? A "brand experience" with design as its DNA, reflecting Porsche's purist and absolute quality standards in all hotel areas and in the maximum 150 rooms and suites. Plus: plenty of individuality and service highlights at check-in, gastronomy and in the bar and huge wellness area covering over 1,000 m2. The barista is "your best friend in the morning", the bar "the place to be seen" - instragram-ready and hip. On top of this, there are in-room spas, iconic bathtubs, indoor dining with the hotel's own chef, butler service and a pulsating heart of the whole thing called "The Platz".
