Perfect start

New Year's resolutions come true at Palazzo Fiuggi

After the gluttony of the Christmas holidays, New Year's resolutions are quickly made. However, keeping them is not always so easy in everyday life. If you want to make it as easy as possible for yourself, you can work on your "better self" under professional guidance and in a luxurious atmosphere at the Italian health resort Palazzo Fiuggi.

Me-Time

Only opened in May 2021, Palazzo Fiuggi is already, barely a year later, one of the most popular wellness medical retreats in Italy. Surrounded by a private park of around eight hectares, guests can relax in a hotel with plenty of history and style, just 50 minutes from Rome. At the beginning of the year, the experienced team of experts at Palazzo Fiuggi pampers its guests with special detox programs. These are based on the latest scientific findings on healthy eating, detoxification and relaxation. Of course, no one has to go hungry. A nutritious menu, which not only tastes great, but was also designed by a 3-Michelin-starred chef, provides the culinary pampering moments of the stay.

Combined with tailor-made holistic approaches and the health-promoting effect of Fiuggi water, the result is an offer that ensures profound well-being. And at the same time lingers for a long time. The holistic "Deep Detox" program is perfect for those looking for a particularly comprehensive reboot. It reduces toxins in the body, reduces heavy metal exposure, teaches participants a more active lifestyle and a healthy approach to nutrition. Medical assessments include three check-ups, an ECG, ultrasound, lab results, hydrocolon therapies, lymphatic drainage and more. Yoga, meditation and sound therapy round off the program. The program lasts seven nights and is available from 5,600 euros/person.

Noble relaxation

Guests are accommodated in one of 102 luxuriously furnished rooms and suites. During their stay, they can use the 6,000 square meter spa area, work out in the state-of-the-art gym and try out the brand new Roman thermal baths.
