Orient Express Corinthian
Sailing yacht of superlatives
Known as a provider of luxury train travel since 1883, Orient Express has been on an expansion course for some time. The new "La Dolce Vita" train, which will travel to Italy's most beautiful cities on various routes from next spring, and the 5* Hotel La Minerva, which is also due to open its doors in Rome in 2025, will be followed just one year later by the Orient Express Corinthian. It will not only go down in history as the traditional company's first yacht, but also as the largest sailing ship ever built.
At 220 meters in length, it will have 54 suites, five restaurants, eight bars, a cabaret, recording studio, cinema, spa and a marina. As a tribute to the company's history, there will even be two cabins from the original Orient Express on board! Still not impressed? Then how about a backstroke in the 17-metre pool with a view of around 4,500 m2 of sail area?
