One&Only comes to Montenegro

Opening planned for May 1, 2021

The luxury hotel brand One&Only will celebrate its European premiere on May 1, 2021. This is when the new One&Only Portonovi is set to open. In addition to a medical spa, the ultra-luxurious resort in the style of old Venetian palaces will also offer a range of unique experiences and culinary delights.


Italy at Boka Bay

The One&Only Portonovi brings luxury to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Boka Bay in Montenegro. Located directly on the idyllic Adriatic coast, surrounded by 24 hectares of lush nature, guests stay in 113 spacious guest rooms or in Suite One. The latter is the presidential suite and has a private wine cellar, which guests can stock with their choice of 268 bottles of wine from Europe and the region. There is also an outdoor dining area with seating for up to twelve people, magnificent panoramic views and indoor and outdoor fireplaces. For maximum privacy, two secluded, spacious villas are available. One offers guests two bedrooms, the other three. Each villa has its own garden with private pool, hydrotherapy pool and outdoor shower. All guest rooms, suites and villas are situated to provide their occupants with magnificent views of the marina, bay and mountains.

Architecturally, the impressive coastal resort is reminiscent of Venice and Venetian palaces. The façades, magnificent porticoes, terracotta roofs, gardens and pools are designed with great attention to detail. One&Only Protonovi even has a marina with 238 berths and a helipad. Guests can enjoy yoga classes, scenic running routes in the surrounding area, guided training sessions, several pools and the floodlit tennis club. There will also be a kids' club for children.

Those wishing to relocate permanently to Boka Bay can purchase one of the One&Only Private Homes. The villas offer access to their own sandy beach with jetty, have private pools and Venetian courtyards. They are available with three or four bedrooms.


Medical Wellness: Chenot Espace

Leading health and wellness brand Chenot will be represented at the resort with its own Chenot Espace. The wellness approach combines the latest scientific findings with the best of Chinese and traditional medicine. On request, guests will be helped to improve their own performance and positively influence their well-being.
