NH Collection Maldives Reethi Resort opens after extensive renovation in Baa Atoll

A new start in a UNESCO paradise

Following extensive renovation and rebranding, the NH Collection Maldives Reethi Resort has reopened in the UNESCO-protected Baa Atoll. On the island of Fonimagoodhoo, the resort combines modern villas, varied cuisine and a wide range of leisure activities with a clear focus on sustainability and closeness to nature.

Villas between the beach and lagoon

105 newly designed villas blend harmoniously into the tropical landscape. Natural materials such as wood and bamboo, open room concepts and outdoor showers create an airy living experience. Spacious beach villas are located directly on the white sandy beach, while overwater villas on the northern tip offer an undisturbed view of the Indian Ocean. Highlights include family villas with a private pool and the exclusive Reethi Suite with its own section of beach.

Culinary variety with a sea view

Eight restaurants and bars provide a variety of culinary delights: from international all-day dining at Jumla to steaks and seafood at the Alifaan beach grill and Asian specialties at Kaiyo. Exclusive dining experiences are offered by the Adrift concept, where guests dine privately on a sandbank, on the beach or in their villa.

Wellness, sport and underwater world

The REVIVE Spa & Wellness combines modern therapies with traditional healing methods - from Ayurveda to crystal chakra treatments. The offer is complemented by a fitness studio, tennis and pickleball courts and a wide range of water sports.

A particular highlight is the proximity to the world-famous Hanifaru Bay, where manta rays and whale sharks can be observed seasonally. The resort can be reached in around 35 minutes by seaplane from Malé.
