The three hotels of NUMO Hotels & Resorts - The Royal Senses, Curio Collection by Hilton, The Royal Blue Resort & Spa and NUMO Ierapetra - are presenting their news and specials for the coming summer in line with the brand philosophy. For example, the celebrated Spanish
DJ Nacho Sotomayor
will act as music director for all Numo hotels and as music curator and resident DJ for Numo Ierapetra. Nacho, who is known for his Balearic, emotional-electronic music, brings experience from numerous major collaborations, including with the TV channel National Geographic Asia and Giorgio Armani.

The hotels will also organize photo workshops with the award-winning agency
Magnum Photos
and collaborate with many renowned chefs and mixologists. The hotels' declared aim: to offer the best entertainment on the island.


Fusion of tradition and modernity in the bars of the Numo Hotels

As part of the brand new collaboration between the award-winning Athens "Bar in front the Bar" and Numo Hotels, guests can look forward to a varied and imaginative cocktail menu. The bartenders have drawn on the rich tapestry of Cretan culture and delved deep into the island's treasure trove of herbs, spices and fruits. They have worked closely with local farmers and producers to source the finest ingredients and ensure that each cocktail tells its very own Cretan story. From fragrant thyme and zesty citrus to the bold flavors of mountain tea and earthy oregano, there's little you won't find on this cocktail menu.


Cretamos at Royal Senses works together with star chef Pavlos Kyriakis

Chef Pavlos Kyriakis will be responsible for an innovative menu at the Cretamos restaurant in the Royal Senses Hotel on Crete. Born and raised in Greece, Pavlos Kyriakis first studied culinary arts in Athens before embarking on a remarkable journey through some of the world's finest cuisines. Drawing on his wealth of experience and passion for culinary innovation, Pavlos aims to enrich the culinary program with the vibrant flavors and rich traditions of Crete.

TAMARISK
Tamarisk is the main restaurant at Numo Ieerapetra and represents the successful mix between the hotel's Greek-Mediterranean cuisine and the breathtaking beachfront location - and sets the tone early in the morning with a rich breakfast buffet. When guests return here at lunchtime, an à la carte lunch of fresh seafood and meze awaits, prepared with care at Tamarisk's open cooking stations. And when night falls, the Tamarisk dinner buffet is served with a selection of the finest meat, fish and pasta.
