Marcel Siegers, trained master chef and former head chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant KAI3 on Sylt, is now in charge of the Genusswerk at the Alpzitt Chalets. With his experience, creativity and passion for first-class regional ingredients, he is shaping the culinary heart of the chalet village. Guests can look forward to personally staged dishes that present seasonal products in a modern, tasteful way and perfectly match the special atmosphere of the Alpzitt Chalets.

Over five years, his predecessor Alex Schareina has developed the Genusswerk into a culinary highlight in the heart of the Allgäu. Under his management, he created unforgettable taste experiences that delighted guests time and time again. Marcel Siegers is now continuing this success story with his own signature style.
