London calling

The BooTree

They still exist,
the less crowded corners, squares and streets in the English capital. One of these is Marylebone Lane at the intersection of the district of the same name with Mayfair and Soho. This is exactly where the 5-star The BooTree opened this summer. Designed in a boutique style, the 199 rooms and suites (26 to 77 m2) are a mix of Scandinavian understatement, elegant mid-century chic and a good dose of flower-power allure.

Similarly relaxed and tasteful
in the hotel's own LAVO Ristorante. Molto delizioso: the wagyu meatballs with ricotta, freshly caught seafood and homemade pasta. The adjoining BoTree Bar is just as popular with hotel guests as it is with the residents of the In district. Over the next few years, more BooTrees are set to follow in trendy London neighborhoods.
