Le Grand Mazarin
In the middle of the Marais
Small, fine and très français:
Some of the most elegant boutique hotels in France operate under the name Maisons Pariente.
As the latest addition to the portfolio
of the family-run hotel collection, which also includes the Lou Pinet in Saint-Tropez, is Le Grand Mazarin in Paris. Located in the middle of the hip and historic Marais district, the elegant 5-star hotel has 61 rooms and suites as well as a bar, winter garden, terrace and spa behind walls that were built in the 14th century.
Culinary meeting place
is the restaurant "Boubalé", whose name comes from the Yiddish and whose Mediterranean-Ashkenazi cuisine also pays homage to the Jewish community in the Marais. Martin Brudnizki, a London design icon, was responsible for the eclectic interior, which includes many vintage pieces from the owner family's private collection.
