Jadran Heritage Hotel: hideaway with haute cuisine

City palace with top gastronomy on Poreč's promenade

In the old town of Poreč, the Croatian hotel group Valamar is opening the Jadran Heritage Hotel, a 5* hideaway right on the waterfront, at the beginning of December. With just twelve individually designed rooms and suites, the hotel focuses on boutique style at its best - and on a personal ambience rather than a grand appearance. The historic building interprets the flair of the 1920s in bold colors and with hand-picked works of art and a touch of trendy retro chic. The hotel's own JAZ by Ana Roš guarantees world-class gourmet enjoyment. Awarded three Michelin stars and named the world's best female chef in 2017, the Slovenian focuses primarily on seasonal and local ingredients as well as traditional dishes from her Alpine homeland. Good to know: Guests of the Jadran Heritage Hotel have unlimited access to the wellness facilities, pools and beaches at the Valamar Resort on Sveti Nikola as well as the new Pical Resort with Croatia's first ESPA spa.
