Ikos Resorts offers a glimpse into 2027: The brand’s first property will be completely redesigned, and a new category of villas will be added on Corfu.

Ikos Resorts provides an exclusive preview of the 2027 season. The spotlight is on Ikos Oceania in Chalkidiki, where the brand inaugurated its very first resort in 2015. More than a decade later, all 290 rooms and suites are being redesigned—from double rooms and junior suites to family accommodations and the premium suites of the Deluxe Collection. The interiors draw inspiration from the surrounding pine forests, golden sand, and sea: light wood, linen-like textures, and natural materials in neutral tones and Aegean blue. Expansive balconies, terraces and private gardens invite guests to savour views of Mount Olympus as it rises above the Aegean. Ikos’ signature amenities—including 24-hour room service and Anne Semonin toiletries—remain in place, while guests of the Deluxe Collection continue to enjoy their own private beach and pool areas, plus the attentions of a personal concierge.

At Ikos Dassia on the east coast of Corfu, the three-bedroom Deluxe Collection villa on the beach with a private pool will be redesigned for 2027—the pinnacle of the property’s offerings, designed for larger families. The design draws inspiration from the contemporary Mediterranean style of the villas first introduced at Ikos Porto Petro and Ikos Odisia: natural stone, warm wood, and a neutral colour palette, with light-filled living areas that open directly onto a heated private pool and the beach. Villa guests also enjoy full recourse to the resort’s amenities, including eight restaurants, a spa and the beach, as well as the Local Discovery programme, which includes a complimentary MINI Countryman for one day. “Returning to Ikos Oceania, where our story began, and redesigning it for a new generation of guests feels particularly meaningful,” says Alex Schneider, Chief Operating Officer of the Sani/Ikos Group.

Rates for 2027:

From September 16 through November 1, 2026, the Deluxe Collection offers an early-booking discount of up to 15 percent off the best available rate for the 2027 season. In the Deluxe Collection villas, two guests pay the published rate, while additional family members stay at no extra cost, subject to maximum occupancy. Across all family room categories, the first child under 12 stays complimentary; for one-bedroom suites and above, discounts ranging from 12.5 percent to 50 percent apply to the second child and to guests aged 12 and over, depending on the season and room category.

Seasonal Portfolio:

The 2027 season commences on 25 March at Ikos Dassia, Ikos Olivia, Ikos Andalusia, and Ikos Porto Petro. Ikos Oceania and Ikos Odisia open on 15 April, Ikos Aria on 22 April, and Ikos Kissamos on 29 April. Additional projects in Greece, Spain, and Portugal are in development, including Ikos Kassandra in Chalkidiki, scheduled to open in 2029. All properties share the Beyond All-Inclusive concept, featuring menus created by Michelin-starred chefs, over 100 wine labels, the Ikos Private Cellar, and the Dine Out program at local restaurants.
