Best prospects for 2023
Next year will see several new openings for the Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts and LXR Hotels & Resorts brands.
A total of 12 openings in the luxury segment will take place in 2022, including market entries such as the Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia in Italy and the Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail in Qatar. This successful course is set to continue in the coming years.
Waldorf Astoria
debuts in 2023 with the Waldorf Astoria Cairo - Heliopolis in Egypt, while openings in Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta and the Seychelles are planned for 2024.
For Conrad Hotels & Resorts
Hilton's largest luxury hotel brand, the Conrad Rabat Arzana is expected to make its major Moroccan debut this winter, with hotels in Orlando and Singapore to follow next year.
Steady growth has also been announced for LXR Hotels & Resorts
has also announced steady growth - with planned openings in Tel Aviv (2024) and Abu Dhabi (2025), among others. Bali fans, for example, can look forward to the new Jumana Bali Ungasan, LXR Hotels & Resorts, from summer 2023.
