Smoked white oak, handwoven textiles, and works by local artists define the interiors; all rooms feature private balconies with views of the city. The culinary centerpiece is Zampo, which serves Peruvian-Japanese Nikkei cuisine in a setting featuring travertine, terrazzo, and Rojo Alicante marble.
