The Hamburg-based Seaside Collection is bringing a breath of fresh air to ultra-luxury tourism with its new boutique resort .HERE - on two islands with just nine villas and an endless horizon.

For many, the Maldives are the epitome of paradise. But with the opening of .HERE, the latest project from the Seaside Collection, this idea is being redefined - smaller, more exclusive, more extraordinary. The smallest luxury resort in the Maldives is located in the UNESCO-protected Baa Atoll: nine villas spread across two natural islands - Somewhere and Nowhere - combine discreet luxury with visionary design and first-class service.

Ultra-luxury meets nature and design

The nine villas were designed by the architecture firm KulörGroup and the interiors by the renowned London studio Muza Lab . Colors, materials and shapes take up the coral world, the jungle green and the star-studded night sky. Precious woods, mosaics, the finest fabrics and natural stone meet subtle elegance and cultural allusions, for example to Maldivian dhoni boats or traditional feyli sarongs.

Seven two-storey villas on the island of Somewhere offer up to 1,396 m² and three to four bedrooms, providing ample space for families, groups or accompanied travelers. The two villas on Nowhere have a total of 3,115 m² - and can be booked exclusively. Private pools up to 61 meters long seem to float above the island greenery, sunrise and sunset can be experienced from your own terrace and each villa has its own jetty.

Privacy, service and a touch of adventure

Arriving in paradise begins with a seaplane - then a luxurious Saxdor 400 GTO yacht takes you directly to the villa. On site, butlers, private chefs and personal trainers await to cater to individual wishes. A fully equipped kitchen and a bar with high-end spirits are standard features of every villa.





But even those who want to experience something between relaxation and tranquillity will find what they are looking for: The sister resort Finolhu is just a few minutes away - also part of the Seaside Collection - with a tennis court, gym, Fehi Spa, four restaurants and a diving center.
