Culinary highlights at Caesars Palace Dubai

Caesars Palace Dubai is located on Bluewaters Island, close to the action and yet so far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The 5-star hotel is divided into two residential towers and, in addition to its prime location in the immediate vicinity of Ain Dubai, is known for its enormous range of world-class culinary delights: six restaurants, bars and lounges in the Palace Tower and four in the Julius Tower offer guests almost endless dining options.

As a culinary highlight, the multi-starred celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has set up his Hell's Kitchen at Caesars Palace Dubai. Highlights include Alvin's Slow Roasted Peking Duck, reimagined versions of classics such as Shrimp On Toast and Black & White Dover Sole, as well as an original sweet take on a Middle Eastern dish with Aromatic Pineapple Shawarma.

Another hot spot: Venus, which graces the Julius Tower with its Italian creations and consists of an iconic beach club and restaurant that conjures up a piece of Italy in Dubai. A highlight is the Pizza Room with its own wood-fired oven, which provides incredibly authentic flavors.

Another highlight: the FAMILYFEST BRUNCH is back after a short "Covid break" and has been providing the best entertainment for young and old every Saturday between 13:00 and 17:00 since the beginning of June 2022. With surprises for the little ones around every corner, the FAMILYBRUNCH is every parent's dream in Dubai. Slime station? Check. Face painting? Done. Balloon art? Of course!
