Downtown debut for St. Regis
The Marriott International brand opened its first property in this part of Dubai
Guests can expect 298 rooms and suites with views of the city's landmarks, elegant design and the usual high-quality service. After the St. Regis The Palm, the St. Regis Downtown Dubai is the second hotel of the Marriott brand in the city.
Elegance in the emirate
When you think of the Arab Emirates, you immediately think of sumptuous fabrics, golden accents and opulent interiors. Eye-catching glass chandeliers, gold chains, wall sculptures and floor-to-ceiling windows indeed characterize the style of the new St. Regis Downtown Dubai. Thanks to its spacious and light-flooded rooms, however, the result is pleasingly far removed from oriental pomp. Light cream, natural, rust and blue tones predominate. All of the 298 rooms and suites offer a view of one of the city's landmarks. Sometimes it is the Dubai Water Canal that comes into view, a little further away the Burj Khalifa dominates the horizon.
In addition to spacious, open bathrooms, walk-in closets and state-of-the-art amenities, guests enjoy the St. Regis Butler Service in their rooms. Attentive without being intrusive and always to the point, he ensures that the entire stay runs smoothly.
In culinary terms, the new St. Regis Downtown Dubai offers exceptional restaurants, bars and lounges. They invite you on a tasteful journey around the globe. For example, "Basta!" serves modern interpretations of Italian classics in the ambience of a trattoria, while "The Library" brings English afternoon tea to the Emirates. "Bleu Blanc Oysters & Grill" - the name gives it away: seafood meets French flavors and delights gourmets with its sophistication. The pool bar scores with light dishes and views of the city skyline, while the cocktails at the St. Regis Bar are particularly enchanting.
Thanks to its location, just a few minutes away from the city's most famous landmarks and attractions, the hotel is the perfect base for sightseeing, shopping and business. The Dubai Mall, the largest shopping center in the world, is just a stone's throw away, while the Dubai Design District and the International Financial Centre are also nearby. After a busy day in the city, guests can relax in the spa. A traditional Arabic hammam, treatments and relaxing lazing in the outdoor infinity pool with a view of the Dubai Water Canal provide new energy. A fitness center with cardio and strength equipment completes the offer.
