"Grabenschake" becomes the twelfth premium home from PURESLeben

55,000 square meters of unspoilt nature, peace, quiet and plenty of privacy: that's how fans of PURESLeben know the estate in southern Styria. So far, eleven premium houses have been spread across the huge area. Now a twelfth vacation home, the "Grabenschake", has been added to the portfolio of the estate located 30 minutes south of Graz.


Retreat in the middle of nature

The luxurious retreat offers 144 square meters of living space with two bedrooms and bathrooms, a spacious living area with a fireplace and open kitchen as well as plenty of elegance. However, this is not a new build. Rather, it is the second life of a former farmhouse. Host Dietmar Silly has revitalized the 200-year-old building and added a modern glass extension. Guests can enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding hills, forests and fish ponds through the floor-to-ceiling windows.

As with the eleven other vacation homes, the main materials used are natural and local. Wood, stone and linen predominate. In the living area and in one of the two bedrooms, a high-quality natural stone wall is a wonderful eye-catcher. You can tell that Silly has always been passionate about building, living and enjoying. The Grabenschake also has a ten-meter-long, heated outdoor pool. Here you can glide weightlessly all year round. Sauna fans can enjoy a Finnish sauna on the spacious terrace. Despite the wonderful views, guests can enjoy absolute privacy here without being prying eyes.

The Sillys Kuchl restaurant provides culinary delights on request. It is the heart of the resort and only celebrated its opening at the end of 2020. In addition to an authentic ambience, Styrian cuisine is on the menu here. It goes without saying that in a wine region, the highest value is also placed on the fine grape juice. The food is therefore accompanied by the restaurant's own wine, which is exclusively reserved for PURESLeben guests. The host's philosophy of enjoying the simple things in life without sacrificing anything can be felt in every corner of this wonderful property.
