Cavallino Bianco Caorle - Venezia: First Italian luxury family beach resort opens in 2026

New addition to the Italian luxury hotel industry

The Cavallino Bianco Caorle - Venezia was unveiled in Milan - a new, independent 5-star resort for families, designed by Ralph A. Riffeser, the visionary behind the multi-award-winning Cavallino Bianco Val Gardena - Dolomiti. The opening is planned for May 2026.

An innovative family resort with a focus on excellence, regional roots and contemporary design is being built on the site of the former Colonia Pordenone in Caorle. Riffeser describes it as "a completely new destination, not replicated, but created out of conviction - in a region that inspires with its authenticity and scenic beauty."

Highlights of the resort:

- 101 suites (46-118 m²) with sea view, two bathrooms, children's and parents' area
- 5 hectares of private beach with cabanas & dunes - unique in Italy
- 4,000 m² spa & wellness area with infinity sky pool, adults-only rooftop spa
- Lino Land: 750 m² children's world with workshops, theater & play zones
- Gastronomy: Three themed restaurants, including an adults-only concept, children's restaurant, bars & breakfast terraces
- Infrastructure: Underground parking garage with 170 parking spaces, boutique, bike hub, work-on-holiday zones





The architectural concept interprets Venetian architecture in a modern and detailed way. There are plans for more than 180 workstations, an operating period of at least ten months per year and the close involvement of regional service providers.
