From ruin to luxury retreat

Located between Perugia and Siena, the 1,500-hectare Castello di Reschio Estate stretches across Umbria's rolling hills. At its heart is a tenth-century castle that was given a new (luxury) lease of life at the end of April. In addition to 36 guest rooms and suites, there is also a farm-to-table restaurant as well as an underground spa, bar, library and pool. There are also ten luxuriously restored farmhouses on the estate that can be rented out. The equestrian center offers riding and vaulting courses as well as rides on noble Andalusian horses. Hikes, tennis, swimming in the private lake, cooking courses, olive oil workshops, clay pigeon shooting, truffle hunting or painting and drawing lessons round off the activity program.
