From the "Al Andalus" in Spain to the "Shiki-Shima" in Japan and Australia's "The Ghan": luxury trains are all the rage around the globe as stylish, promising and comfortable vacation vehicles. With the Britannic Explorer, A Belmond Train, the range will be extended by another splendid specimen from next summer. Three routes can be booked from/to London through the spectacular natural landscapes of Cornwall, the Lake District and Wales.

During the day, guests can explore the beauty and diversity of the individual destinations on guided excursions. After a relaxing treatment in the dedicated wellness suite, chef Simon Rogan, one of the pioneers of the "farm to table" movement and owner of a total of ten starred restaurants, celebrates his fine on-board cuisine.
