With the planned Aventora Resort Baía Formosa, Minor Reserve Collection, the group is celebrating a significant milestone: for the first time, the newly launched luxury brand Minor Reserve Collection will be represented with its own hotel. The opening is planned for 2028 in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Norte in the north-east of the country - a region that is increasingly establishing itself as a hotspot for sustainable luxury tourism.

The resort is owned by the Gremi International Group. There are plans for 50 rooms and 28 branded residences, which will also be available for purchase.
