Auberge Port-Gitana: All new!

House by the lake

It took 30 months, but now the Auberge Port-Gitana in Bellevue near Geneva finally shines in new splendor. Located directly on the lakeshore and with an unobstructed view of Mont Blanc, the 18 rooms are designed by architects Robin Bader and Youri Kravtchenko with an eclectic interior mix of modern minimalism and pastel vintage charm. Built in 1857, the Auberge was once a meeting place for stars. With a touch of Riviera chic, the aim is to hark back to these times. Simply delicious: the brasserie with regional classics such as perch in Gitana butter or "See & Meer" bouillabaisse. The bar by the lake is a favorite spot for an aperitif or digestif, with teak floors and maritime details styled in the style of an old wooden boat.
